Rd Closure: Mardi Gras Kids Parade

Downtown Kid's Mardi Gras Parade,

Parade starts at 11 am in front of Baker's Rack on Lafayette St.

City Engineer for the City of Jackson, has authorized the temporary road closure, all-lanes beginning on E. Lafayette in front of the Bakers Rack on Saturday, February 9, 2013, starting at 8:00 a.m. for the Downtown Kid's Mardi Gras Parade.

The lanes will be closed for "Downtown Kid's Mardi Gras Parade " and festivities that begin at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.

The parade route is as follows: Depart in front of Bakers Racks on E. Lafayette at 11 a.m. to N. Church, then turning south (right) onto N. Church. The parade will then continue to go around two blocks by turning west (right) onto E. Baltimore, then north (right) onto N. Liberty & then finally turning back east (right) onto E. Lafayette in front of Baker's Rack.
